1. How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule all services directly through our online booking system at CareFurBabies.com. Select the service you need, choose your date and time, and you’re all set!

2. What if I don’t see the date or time I need?

If your preferred time isn’t available, please text our business line. Calls may not be answered right away while we’re caring for your fur babies, but we will respond as soon as possible.

3. Do you require a Meet & Greet before services?

Yes! For safety and comfort, we recommend a Meet & Greet before first-time services such as walking, boarding, and drop-ins. It helps us get to know your pet’s personality, needs, and routine.

4. What information do I need to provide when booking?

We’ll need your contact info, your pet’s details (age, temperament, medical needs), vet information, and any special instructions. This helps us give your pet the best care possible.

5. What vaccinations are required?

For boarding, daycare, and grooming, all pets must be up-to-date on core vaccinations. Proof may be required before your booking is confirmed.

6. Do you offer same-day bookings?

Same-day bookings may be available depending on the schedule. Please text us for last-minute or urgent requests.

7. What happens if my dog is anxious or shy?

No worries — we specialize in gentle, patient care. Please let us know any triggers or comfort items your pet prefers so we can cater to their needs.

8. Do you administer medications during drop-ins or boarding?

Yes! We can administer oral medications during drop-ins or longer stays. Just include instructions when booking.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

At CareFurBabies, we reserve time exclusively for your pet. Because each appointment is held just for your fur baby, we ask that all clients follow our cancellation guidelines to keep our schedule fair, safe, and reliable for everyone.

All appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • Under 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee

  • No-shows: Charged 100% of the service

This policy applies to all services, including walking, drop-ins, grooming, daycare, and boarding.

10. Can I get updates during my pet’s visit?

Absolutely! We love keeping you connected with your fur baby! You’ll receive 1–2 sweet photo updates per day, per booking so you can see how beautifully they’re settling in.
If you’d like even more precious moments captured, extra photos are available à la carte for an added touch of love. 💕🐾

11. Do you offer services for reactive or aggressive pets?

We offer care for many personality types, but for safety reasons, we cannot provide certain services (like nail trims) to pets who show aggressive behavior. Please be honest during vetting so we can determine the safest plan.
